New For 2021!

At Lucas we’re always striving to ensure that alongside our traditional tried and tested products, we develop new and interesting flavours and textures that are relevant and contemporary.  That means butchers can compete with the biggest and best food retailers on the high street.

In January 2021, we’ve launched two exciting new Easicoat Coaters along with a Butchers Classic Sausage Mix and a Smokehouse Sausage Mix. Even better, they’re all available to our customers right now!

Easicoat Katsu Curry Coater

This Japanese-inspired Easicoat Coater features the aromatic flavours of cumin, ginger, curry, onion, garlic, combined with sweet notes of coconut, sugar and honey give a truly amazing flavour.  Looks good too!

Smokehouse Smokey Bourbon Style Sausage Mix

Key notes of oak-smoked sea salt, maple syrup, caramelised sugar and visuals of red pepper and rubbed parsley combine to make this sensationally tasty sausage mix.  Ready blended and ready to use, all you have to do is add meat and water! – oh and there’s no alcohol involved…

Butchers Classic Spiced Mango, Lime & Coconut Sausage Mix

A truly tropical taste, with key notes of mango, lime & coconut. These are combined with chilli flakes, along with green and red pepper granules to give mouth-watering flavour.  They look great too.
