NFMFT Premier Meat Products Competition - Bridgnorth Butcher Scores a Hat trick!


Steve Derrick of Lucas Ingredients (award sponsors) presents Sarah Finch, of Craig Finch, Quality Butcher, the SUPREME CHAMPION Award.


The NEC Birmingham was the venue for the NFMFT Premier Meat Products Competition held on Tuesday 2nd July at MEATUP 2013.

Craig Finch, Quality Butcher of Bridgnorth scooped two sausage category awards before going on to be crowned Sausage Champion and then Supreme Champion for his outstanding pork sausage.

Craig is passionate about his sausages, made from locally selected cuts of meat combined with delicate seasoning to create the perfect eating experience. In all, the shop produces 15 varieties but it’s the plain pork sausage that is the firm favourite with Craig’s customers.
